step 1 save the glitter as a .gif to your computer
step 2 open the glitter in animation shop (opened you will see 3 frames)
step 3 go up to EDIT and click on SELECT ALL
(this will have all 3 frames highlighted) 
step 4 right click on the frames (this will keep all 3 selected) and select COPY
step 5 open PSP and go to EDIT / PASTE/ AS ANIMATION AS MULTIPLE IMAGES
Then you have 3 frames of glitter in your work area to match the 3 names
(or whatever) you are glittering!
